"Privacy Statements"

Business Nova’s policy regarding: Refunds, Cancellation, Transfer, Partial Absence, Auditing, Recording of Classes, Privacy Statement and Instructors are as follows -

Refunds: Should you require assistance with a refund request please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: customercare@biz-nova.com we will evaluate each case dependent upon the reason for request and we will respond as soon as possible.

Cancellations: If your registration must be cancelled please contact customercare@biz-nova.com

• If you cancel a course between the dates you register and 15 calendar days prior to the first day of the course, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each registration. You will be refunded the amount of your tuition paid minus $50.00.
• If you cancel a course between 15 calendar days and 8 calendar days prior to the first day of the course, a $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each registration. You will be refunded the amount of your tuition paid minus $150.00.
• If you cancel a course within 7 calendar days of the start of the course, no refund will be given. Business Nova will consider this a completed sale.
• If you cancel a course after you have already transferred your reservation one or more times, no refund will be given. BNC will consider this a completed sale.
• If BNC finds it necessary to cancel a session, a full refund of paid tuition will be made. BNC will not be liable for airfare and/or hotel cancellation fees. These costs remain the responsibility of the registrant.
• If you paid for your course with a check, and you choose to cancel, you must contact BNC to receive any amount due. All refunds will be processed with a paper check and mailed within 7 to 14 days.

Transfer: A student may transfer a registration to any other comparable class, provided there is space available. There shall be no charge for the first transfer. All subsequent transfers will be assessed a $50.00 fee per class, per transfer. Transfers must be made prior to the first day of class, and no refunds will be given for transfer requests made on or after the first day of class. BNC will consider this a completed sale. In addition, no refund will be given for any cancelled registration if it has been previously transferred one or more times. BNC will consider this a completed sale.

Partial Absences: Full PDUs are awarded by demonstrating the "successful completion" of courses, workshops, and training sessions.

Auditing: BNC does not allow auditing of its classes for any reason. Students who attend classes are expected to participate to the fullest extent; therefore auditing of a class is not an option.

Recording of Classes: BNC courses are copyrighted. Visual and/or audio recording of BNC courses is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Statement: Business Nova Consulting, LLC (BNC) is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information you provide to Business Nova Consulting, LLC will not be shared outside of BNC, LLC without your permission.
