This workshop focuses on the challenges and specific approaches project managers must employ to effectively implement a business process improvement (BPI). The course is aligned with the Project Management Institute’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge – 4th Editions.  

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Create a BPI project vision.
2.  Document the AS IS business process.
3.  Design a TO BE business process.
4.  Analyze processes to determine which ones are valued-added and non-valued added. Identify strategies to improve communication and leadership skills on their own BPI projects.
