PMI Chapter Members will enjoy a  2 day course that will provide the students with the necessary tools to measure and monitor project progress effectively within the context of a project management methodology and a typical software development life cycle. Students will use a variety of tools and techniques to bring in a project scope as defined, on time, and on budget. Special attention is focused on communications skills and techniques for effectively sharing information for IT organizations whether internal or external to the performing organization’s structure.
