A 2-day or 3-day introductory course for project managers and team members which introduces them to the building blocks of the PMBOK® Guide Knowledge Areas and a common understanding of basic PMBOK® terminology for improved communication and project management effectiveness.

managing a project day-by-day.
6. Communication Management and Human Resource Management and the development of a
communications matrix and Responsibility Assignment Matrix
7. Risk Management and the development of a Risk Management Plan
8. Quality Management and the value of using of Quality metrics in measuring performance
9. Procurement Management and the basics of contracting
