For managers and executives who may have little or no formal training in project management but manage project managers. This 8-hour course offers an overview of key Project Management principles and concepts and what should be expected of the Project Managers they manage. Attendees have an opportunity to utilize these new tools through class participation exercises.

Course objective:  An introductory 8-hour course for Managers and Executives of project managers which introduces them to the building blocks of the PMBOK® Guide Knowledge Areas and a common understanding of basic PMBOK® terminology for improved communication and project management effectiveness.
