This workshop focuses on how to manage and communicate about risk in your project. Projects are unique and their outcomes uncertain, therefore the project manager has only one chance to do it right. Effective risk management through the use of tools presented in this course will improve chances for successful project results. The workshop is interactive and participants will apply techniques through scenario analysis, case studies, discussion, and other experiential techniques.
